Philip Salerni is a Realtor primarily serving Weston to Princeton Massachusetts. He brings to the table a wide variety of experience in real estate. He is highly devoted to serving his clients' needs and is diligent in helping them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, effective communication and strong negotiation skills. Philip’s approach to real estate is both practical and passionate and he deeply values his relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals.  He has an in-depth knowledge of real estate data and trends, the lending environment and navigating a competitive market. 

Philip worked for years in information technology in Dayton, OH, and then nearly a decade as a first responder in Charleston, SC. He transitioned to real estate beginning with Keller Williams Realty – North Central where he worked out of Leominster, MA. He now associates with Realty One Group – Nest from their North Andover office. The transition to Real Estate was natural and seamless as strong communication skills, tech savviness, assisting people and the negotiation aspects of the field were already well developed from his years of prior experience in the aforementioned areas.

Philip attended Wright State University in Ohio where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Criminal Law and Justice. In his free time you will find Philip hiking the local trails, gardening, skiing, cycling and exploring all that the region has to offer with friends and family.
